Cost for In Home Appointments:

• Trip Fee of $99 will be charged for each in home visit.

  • • Trip fee may be covered by Medicare B, for certain eligible patients, who are not enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan, when receiving flu, covid, or pneumonia vaccines.

    • Only 1 trip fee is charged per visit, even if more than 1 person will be receiving vaccines.

• Cost of vaccines is usually covered by most insurances, usually with no copay to you. 

  • • If the vaccine is not covered, or you have a copay, a VaxSquad pharmacist will let you know ahead of time.

• A VaxSquad pharmacist will let you know the total cost, if any, for your service, before your appointment is finalized.

Large Group Vaccine Events:

• VaxSquad pharmacists are available to come to group homes, nursing facilities, work places, offices, living facilities, health fairs, or other events to administer immunizations.
